The Build and Design Project for SEP – Plant B involves renovating and expanding the facility with a 30 million SAR budget. Design Stage: This included creating detailed designs for structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, meeting client needs, Modon standards, and Saudi codes. It also involved obtaining approvals from Civil Defense and Modon and performing value engineering to optimize cost and performance. Execution Stage: This stage covered constructing steel structures, completing concrete work, installing HVAC systems and plumbing, and finishing interior and exterior spaces. It also included installing a water treatment system, electrical work, and landscaping. All work was done under consultancy supervision and according to Modon guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.

The scope of work includes preparing structural designs and shop drawings for the 4,200 square meter meat plant, along with various related tasks. This involved installing epoxy, concrete, and metal construction, as well as completing architectural, electrical, and mechanical finishing work. The project also included finishing the interior office space and preparing the overall manufacturing site. All tasks were executed by Rabea Al Dan Company’s technical staff in accordance with Herfy Company’s engineering specifications
