Scope Of Work
Rabie Al Dan Company was entrusted with the comprehensive interior design & finishing works for the office of His Excellency the Minister of Media. The scope of work included the complete execution of electrical & mechanical systems, as well as the design, production, and installation of custom furniture. A major conference table, seating 23 individuals, was fabricated and installed, & the main meeting area was equipped with advanced computer systems and display technology. All furniture and decorative elements were produced at the company’s dedicated wood factory, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and precision.

The project encompassed architectural finishing works across 15 levels, including the installation of flooring tiles, glass and gypsum partitions, gypsum ceiling systems, and complete painting and decorative treatments. The scope also included the execution of electrical, mechanical, and insulation systems, with all tasks performed according to detailed shop drawings. The engineering team at Rabie Al Dan Company executed all assigned works with precision and adherence to the specified technical standards.

The project involves the build and design for the renovation and upgrading of the Minister of Media’s headquarters in Jeddah. Design Stage: The technical department at Rabie Al Dan Company performed comprehensive studies to refine the architectural design, delivering an interior design that aligns with His Excellency’s requirements & vision. Additionally, the MEP systems were re-engineered to meet specified requirements & industry standards, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all disciplines. Execution Stage: The renovation of the headquarters, including the façade and landscape, was carried out as per the approved design. This included electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and high-quality finishing work to meet all requirements. The project was completed in 50 days, demonstrating exceptional efficiency.
